MachShip will enable you to upload the invoice file that you receive from your carriers as long as it is in a well-structured data format - this would include xlsx, csv or XML. Should this not be the case, an example of this would be if the carrier sent you a pdf, you can utilise the fallback option of the MachShip generic invoice format.
