How to Lopdge a Feature Request in MachShip

How to Submit a Feature Request

Overview

MachShip customers can submit new feature requests and upvote existing ones directly from within the platform. Upvoting an existing request automatically subscribes the user to progress updates on that request.

Steps

  1. In the MachShip platform, click the cog icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select Feedback. The Feedback section will open.
  3. Choose one of the following actions:
    • Lodge a new request — submit a feature idea that does not already appear in the list.
    • Upvote an existing request — add weight to an idea already submitted by another customer. Upvoting keeps the user informed of progress on that request.
Important

The Feedback page is a global page visible to all MachShip customers. Any information included in a request must be kept generic. Do not include company-specific details, customer names, account numbers, commercial terms, or any information not intended for a wider audience.

After Submission

Once a request is lodged or upvoted, the customer will receive updates as the request progresses through MachShip's product review process. No further action is required from the customer to remain subscribed to updates.
