Delivering to a Depot

This article shows you how to create a multi-leg consignment to deliver to a depot in your depot network. Before you begin, make sure you've got access to your depot network (see How to Create a Depot) and that the depot picker is enabled for deliveries on consignments (see How to Deliver to a Depot). 

For users to access this feature, make sure the permission set is enabled for the user role. For this, the permissions are Company Depots under the Company permission set.

Creating a Consignment with depots

1. Create a consignment as you normally would.
   
   
   
2. Under Delivery Location click Deliver to Depot.
   
   
   
3. Select a depot from the list and click Confirm Depot.
   
   
   This will automatically fill out the delivery fields and lock them to be read-only.
   
   
4. Continue to complete the form as per usual.

Remove a depot

To unlock the delivery fields and remove the depot, uncheck Deliver to Depot.
