How to view a Quote
When a Quote is created and saved in MachShip it will be held in the View Quotes grid. This will allow users to only action the movement when it has been confirmed, but also have the quote expire after a certain period of time due to pricing changes in the quote.

How to navigate to view a Saved Quote
To view a Saved Quote in MachShip go to Create/Manage and select View Quotes.
This will take you through to the View Quotes Grid.
You can then view the Quote through the cog on the right.
Alternatively, you can use the search functionality in MachShip to search for the quote via the MS number or the reference.
Ensure you select MachShip Search and place the reference in the search bar.
Clicking the link will take you through to the View Quotes Page.
How to Use the View Quotes Page
The View Quotes Page will contain the details about the Quote including:
Company
Created Date
Created By User
Expiry Date
Pickup
Delivery
Carrier
Service
Account
Reference
Route Details - and a link to the rates
Item information
Pricing
From the View Quotes page, users can also decide to go to the Create Consignment page or Delete the quote.
