MachShip provides you with the ability to check all the status events of the consignments through the tracking history prompt. However, if the carrier tracking is item-level tracking, MachShip splits the tracking history into consignment level and item level. 

MachShip provides you with the option to view all the statuses in one grid by consolidating all the item-level statuses.

How to navigate to Active Consignments

To navigate to this screen, from the top menu select Create/Manage, scroll down to the Consignments section and click Active Consignments.

From this screen, select the Consignment you would like to see the tracking history. If there are a few in the list, you are able to refine the search by entering any details regarding the consignment in the search engine, as highlighted in the image below. You can also utilise any of the filters for Company, Carrier, Destination State or Date (both ETA and Despatch).

Once you have found the consignment you can either click on the status bubble

or view the consignment, and then click on the status bubble

The tracking history prompt will come up. This will show you all the consignment and item level tracking status the consignment has received from the carrier. 

If you want to see all the item level tracking statuses without clicking each item reference, you will just need to set the below flag to "YES".
