Inheritable Company Carrier Accounts will help you to easily manage assigning out carrier access to multiple companies. Below we will describe how you can view what company carrier accounts a company is able to use.
How to Navigate to the Company Page
Understanding Carrier Account Inheritance
In a parent-child company structure, carrier accounts created on the parent company can be inherited by child companies. This means child companies can use the parent company's carrier accounts without needing separate account setups. To enable this:
(1) Create carrier accounts on the parent company
(2) On the child company settings, enable the inheritance flag for carrier accounts
(3) The child company will then have access to all enabled parent carrier accounts
The Usable Company Carrier Accounts grid below shows both directly-linked accounts and inherited accounts from parent companies, with an "Inheritance" column indicating the source.
