How to use the Send to Printer printing function

How to use the Send to Printer printing function

The Send to Printer printing functionality will enable a user to send a consignment(s) shipping documentation through to an online MachShip Printer for printing.

The Send to Printer functionality is available to be utilised on the following pages:

Active Consignments

- All Consignments

Completed Consignments

Unmanifested Consignments

-  Manifest Page

Once on any of the above pages simply select the consignment(s) via the tick box on the right-hand side

Select Actions and Send to Printer

MachShip will then present you with the pop-up below, listing the consignments which you are looking to print labels for

MachShip will present you all the available label types for that carrier. Note that if some documents or labels are not available to a selected carrier they will be shown like the below:

In this instance, Startrack does not have a Consignment Note document so nothing will be sent for that document type for that consignment.

To send a document to the printer simply select the document type and then the printer you wish to print it to:

If you wish to print multiple documents then simply select the options like the below:
You can also pre-set defaults for the printing types (A4 and Item) by selecting the highlighted link.

Select Send Labels to Printer:

MachShip will then send the labels through to the MachShip Printing Application for printing
