How to Undelete Consignments
How to access the Deleted Consignments
Select the Create/Manage drop-down screen, click on All Consignment.
Important: Pending Consignments and Deletion
Note: Deleted pending consignments do not appear in the Deleted Consignments section. The Deleted Consignments view only displays deleted finalized consignments. If a pending consignment is deleted, there is currently no feature in MachShip to view or recover it. To avoid accidental loss of pending consignments, ensure you have completed all necessary data entry before deleting them.
At the top right corner of the View all Consignments Screen, click on Deleted. It will take you to the Deleted Consignments page.
Select as many consignments you'd like to undelete. Click on ☑️ icon which is located in the far left column to select consignments. Then click on the Undelete Consignments.
An Undelete Consignment modal will show and request for confirmation. Select Undelete Consignment.
Once MachShip has successfully undeleted the consignments, a green prompt will show at the top right corner of the screen.
