How to Stop a User from seeing Test Consignments
If there is a user who does not need to see Test Consignments then you simply need to set that edit that users Test Mode type to be Disabled From Seeing Test Consignments.
Navigate to Admin and select View Users
To find the user you are looking to edit, MachShip has provided two ways to search for them:
- Company filter - Once you start typing a company's name, MachShip will present a list of options. Select the relevant option from this list.
- General Search - When entering any keywords in this section, MachShip will filter through the list of users and bring up ones that have those keywords.
Click on the Cog drop-down to view options. Scroll down and select Edit User.
To Disable Seeing Test Consignments, simply scroll down to Test Mode and select Disabled from Seeing Test Consignments
Select Save User
