How to locate a copy of the EDI that MachShip has sent to the Carrier

If you need visibility or access to the EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) file that MachShip has sent to the carrier, you can download this off the manifest page. These EDI files show the exact communication that has occurred between the Carrier and MachShip.

How to navigate to the Integration File

You will need to navigate to Create/Manage and click on View Manifests.


If there are a few ManifestsMachShip gives you an option to search for the one you are looking for. Enter in any information such as Manifest IDPickup location name or suburb in the Search bar. You can also filter by date or Carrier.

 

When you have found the correct Manifest, click on the drop-down Cog to show a few options. Click on View Manifest to proceed.


From this screen, you'll need to scroll halfway down the page until you see Integration Files. This grid will show however many files MachShip has sent to the Carrier. The type of file will be based on what integration method MachShip has with the Carrier.

To download the file, click on the Cog and select Download File.
