Summary: This article explains how to export your location list from MachShip, the available format options, and an important limitation affecting multi-company (broker) organisations.

Before You Start

• You must be logged in to MachShip with permissions to access Create/Manage.
• The export will only contain locations belonging to the company you are currently logged into or impersonating.

1. Navigate to View Locations

1. From the top navigation, click Create/Manage.
2. Select View Locations from the dropdown.
3. The View Locations page will load, displaying all locations for the currently logged-in company.

2. Export the Locations

1. Click the Export Locations button in the upper-right corner of the View Locations page.
2. The file will download to your browser's default download location.
