The Export Grid function allows the user to extract a data file containing a snapshot of the data contained on that grid.
Note: If you do not have access as Administrator or Organization User, you will not be able to access the above links. You will also need to have the following permission setup - "Create / Delete" on your Role.
Navigate to Admin then Fuel Surcharges:
Once navigated to the Fuel Surcharges page, head to the Actions button, and select Export Grid.
Note: By using either of the `Search`, 'Carrier' or `Company` text boxes, the export will be adjusted to show just the filtered data.
The file will be downloaded in a .csv format containing all the Fuel Surcharges.
The spreadsheet file can now be opened in your preferred program for further analysis and manipulation.
Once you've opened the exported file, the following data or fields include:
Id - this is the fuel surcharges Id
Name - Name of the fuel Surcharge
Abbreviation - Fuel Surcharge Abbreviation
Company - The owning company of the fuel surcharge
Carrier - Linked carrier for the fuel surcharge
Parent - Fuel Surcharge Id for the parent charge - if applicable
DispalyName - the displayed name of the fuel surcharge Name (Abbreviation)
Fuel Surcharge Type - The type of Fuel Surcharge - Either Percentage or Increase Parent By Percentage Points
Fuel Surcharge Amount - The amount of the fuel surcharge - percentage or increase percentage
NumCarrierAccounts - Number of linked carrier accounts
CarrierAccountsDisplay - Name of the linked carrier accounts
NumCompanyCarrierAccounts - number of linked company carrier accounts
CompanyCarrierAccountsDisplay - Name of the linked company carrier accounts
