How to edit a Service Sell Rate

If you have created a Service Sell Rate but need to adjust it, then you will need to edit a service sell rate. 

All sell rates are maintained against the company carrier account. To edit an existing service sell rate you will need to navigate to the Edit Company Carrier Account page. 

How to Navigate to the Edit Company Carrier Account Page

1. Select Admin and Company Carrier Accounts. 

2. Select the Applicable Account

Using either the Company, Carrier or the Carrier Account filters or alternatively via the search bar, find and select the desired Company Carrier Account. 

Select the cog on the right-hand side and the option Edit Company Carrier Account.

How to Edit a Service Sell Rate

Once on the Edit Company Carrier Page scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the Service Sell Rates Grid as shown below:

To edit this service sell rate select the blue edit box.

This will prompt the Update Service Sell Rate Modal to appear. Apply the relevant changes and select Update Override. The service sell rate will then be updated.
