How to Delete Test Consignments

The three types of Test Consignments which have been created are:

Test Pending Consignments
Test Unmanifested Consignments
Test Manifested Consignment

How to Delete a Test Pending or Test Unmanifested Consignment

The deletion of Test Pending or Test Unmanifested Consignments will follow the same process as if you were looking to delete live Pending or Unmanifested Consignments in MachShip.

You can navigate to the Pending or Unmanifested Consignments page via the Create / Manage menu

You can look for the exact Pending or Unmanifested Consignment via the Search Bar:

Click on the cog button and select Delete Pending Consignment  or  Delete Consignment (for the unmanifested consignment)

To delete these in bulk simply select the consignments via the checkbox on the left-hand side:

Then select Actions and choose between Delete Selected or Delete All

How to Delete a Test Manifested Consignment

By default, MachShip does not enable the ability for a user to delete a Manifested Consignment. This is because Manifested consignments will have had all their data sent to the transport provider. As Test Manifested consignments have not had any data sent outside of MachShip the ability to delete them exists.

To delete a Manifested Test Consignment navigate to the Active, Completed or All Consignments page via the Create / Manage menu.

Find the Test Manifested consignment(s) you wish to delete and choose either to:

1.) Select the cog and Delete Consignment

2. ) Or select the consignment(s) via the selection option on the left-hand side of the grid

select the Actions option and click on the Delete Selected Test Consignments

A pop-up window will appear to confirm on the consignment deletion. Click 'YES' and the consignment(s) will then be deleted.
