When looking to set up a new account with Felix Transport you will need to contact their team and advise them that you are looking to despatch your account through MachShip. The best point of contact would be wayne.musster@felixtransport.com.au. Please cc integrations@machship.com in your email.

Your email should be as follows:

Hi Wayne, 

I need to set up my account <insert account code> with Felix Transport so that I may consign with my new FMS partner MachShip

Can you please provide me with the following:

1. Bearer Token 
2. Requested By

Also, could you please send a list of copy of my bookable services so I may be able to upload these into the MachShip system?

 

Once Felix Transport team responded, you will then need to fill out the below specific options:


Account Code - The account code would have been provided to you when your account was set up. 

Bearer Token - This would have been provided to you in the email above

Requested By - This would have been provided to you in the email above

Once done, click on the Save Carrier Account button.

Ratecard:

Felix Transport is configured to price off the carriers system and as such you will need to extract and upload the ratecard in the below format. This will contain all the bookable services provided by your account manager.

Notes:

1. Set your Account Code in the Ratecard section.
2. Please add all bookable services

Test:

Once the carrier account has been set up and all the services are added in the ratecard, you will need to run a test to ensure that upon go-live, everything will run successfully. To do this, create a consignment - please make Reference 1 and Reference 2 and the special instructions for the pickup and for the delivery to THIS IS A TEST. Once this has been created it will automatically manifest the consignment to the carrier. If you experience any issues please contact support@machship.com.

If you receive a successful manifest message from MachShip then please send an email to wayne.musster@felixtransport.com.au and advise them that you are starting to despatch your Felix Transport account through MachShip and that you would like to receive verification on the test file and permission to start to trade. Please include the label PDFs for the manifest, connote and the items.

Advise the  Felix Transport team of the connote number and request that they should cancel this to ensure that you are not charged. Please cc integrations@machship.com on this email so we can help if required. 

On confirmation from the carrier team that the set up is validated, you are free to begin to consign.
