How to Access POD's

To access the uploaded Proof of Delivery (POD's) images simply follow the instructions below:

How to navigate to Consignments

  • Completed Consignments - To get to this screen, from the top menu select Create/Manage, scroll down to the Consignments section and click Completed Consignments.
  • All Consignments - To get to this screen, from the top menu select Create/Manage, scroll down to the Consignments section and click All Consignments.

How to Access the POD's

Click on the Number in the Att column.


An Attachment modal will prompt. There will be an image of the POD in the middle of the modal.

If you would like to download the POD, click on the Hyperlink right under the image and the document will start to download. Keep in mind POD's will vary from Carrier to Carrier.

To Delete a POD

  1. Navigate to the consignment (via Completed Consignments or All Consignments).
  2. Click the number in the Att (Attachment) column to open the Attachment modal.
  3. Select the Attachment Information tab.
  4. Click the cog icon on the right-hand side.
  5. Select Delete from the menu.
  6. Confirm deletion.

Note: Only broker admin users and users with appropriate permissions can delete PODs. If you have concerns about the validity of a signature (e.g., signed by an unauthorized person or questionable delivery circumstances), these matters must be raised directly with the carrier, as carriers hold the original delivery records and are responsible for investigating or reissuing documentation.
