How to access Dangerous Goods Transport Document and Multimodal Dangerous Goods (MO-41) Paperworks

Dangerous Goods Paperwork

To help with the compliant transport of dangerous goods, MachShip will produce both a Dangerous Goods Transport Document and the Multimodal Dangerous Goods (MO-41) form. These forms have been checked off with every carrier who has agreed to transport dangerous goods and are compliant with the current ADG code regulations.

Please note that it's the end user's responsibility to ensure all documentation is correct and compliant. 

 

How to access the DG Paperworks:

  • On the All Consignment screen, the consignment with the Diamond Icon, click on the cog-wheel on the right-hand side and select Print Paperwork.

  • It can also be accessed via the View Manifest, click on the cog-wheel on the right-hand side, and click on the Print Paperwork.

This will prompt the modal below:

 

Clicking on the printer icon aligned with DG Transport Document or MO41 Multimodal DG Form will download only the document on a PDF file:
